Nicola has extensive experience in HR and has specialised in working with small-medium size organisations for almost 10 years. Nicola is qualified with an MBA and is a Chartered member of Human Resources NZ.
Through working directly with business owners and managers, Nicola has developed a strong understanding of how people management practise impacts the business, and the bottom line. Her approach to HR is to find the ‘right size’ solution and to tailor a response that suits the business. She is skilled at quickly understanding the issues and identifying possible solutions.
The ability to share her HR expertise, to respect the culture of your business, and to be flexible to provide just as much support, advice, and input as you need, is what makes Nicola’s approach unique. No contracts, no commitments. Whether it’s running a recruitment process, or a change process, or advising your team on setting up HR records and systems, Nicola will work with you to decide the amount and type of support you need in your business.
